When you register for an account, subscribe to an API plan, or request a 7-day trial key, we collect your email address, business name, and billing details processed securely via our Merchant of Record partner, Paddle. We also collect server request telemetry, such as IP addresses, timestamps, and queried API endpoints to ensure rate limits and service security.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide, monitor, and optimize the fastFOREX API services.
- Process subscription renewals and maintain accurate usage quotas.
- Communicate urgent system updates, security alerts, and feature releases.
- Prevent abuse, denial-of-service attacks, and unauthorized key sharing.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Payment transactions are processed directly by Paddle, which complies with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. Edge caching and telemetry are routed through Vercel and Upstash Redis strictly for infrastructure performance.
