1. Informational Purpose Only
All data, rates, quotes, and metrics provided through fastFOREX and its related endpoints are provided for informational and calculations purposes only. They are not intended for direct live high-frequency trading, investment advice, or execution brokerages.
2. Acceptable Use & API Quotas
Each plan specifies a monthly quota of HTTP calls. You agree not to exceed your subscribed rate limits, share private API credentials publicly, or employ unauthorized scraping mechanisms. Redistribution of raw continuous feeds to third parties without an enterprise reseller agreement is strictly prohibited.
3. Billing, Renewals & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your developer console. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your prepaid period.
4. Service Level Agreement & Availability
We strive for 99.99% uptime across all edge locations. While we aggregate from premier institutional dealing desks, fastFOREX is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted continuity during extreme market volatility.
